Are you tired of bubbles and sidewalk chalk?
Ok, maybe not. They are pretty cool and keep the kiddos occupied for hours! But, if you’re like me, I don’t really want to go outside for hours all the time. Especially in this Florida heat. So, I’ve been trying to find inside activities for my boys to pass the time and keep them occupied. And one of my favorite stores gave me everything I needed to make that happen for just a few bucks.
That’s right, Dollar Tree.
I got all the supplies I needed for this kid approved painting activity and spent less than $10.
When I tell you ALL the supplies came from the Dollar Tree! Here’s everything I got.
And, here’s one of my little artists! Look at that focus!
For an elevated experience you can have a kid friendly “paint and sip” night. Just search “kids painting tutorial” on YouTube and you will be surprised at how many options there are! Just have a spread of some snacks and juice glasses full. And there you have it. A kid friendly “paint and sip” night.
What other inside activities are you enjoying with your kiddos?
I love these ideas! it’s so hard to keep busy through covid
My kids would love this. Love the dinosaur stencils
Thanks for the tips. I’ll be sure to check it out. Lately we’ve been stuff on silly putty, play doh, and what floats science experiments. Lol
